Oil-based transparent dry wax for underbody protection. Delivers a combination of heat resistance (+200°C) and excellent corrosion protection
  • Superior heat resistance compared to previous underbody rust prevention agents. Demonstrates excellent rust prevention effectiveness, even with a thinner coating.

  • This cost-effective dry wax delivers rapid-drying corrosion protection with only a thin coat and small amount, helping reduce work time even further.

  • The almost transparent finish powerfully protects the vehicle body against corrosion but in a way that looks as though the treated areas are actually untouched.

  • Despite being a wax type, it actually hardens as it dries, powerfully protecting parts from corrosion without the adhesion of grit or other types of dirt.

  • Heat resistance temperature of +200°C: Can be used for corrosion protection inside engine rooms. Being transparent, it does not affect name tags.

  • Not suitable for overcoats (paint).
Notice
  • Shake the container well before using.

  • Be sure to use the product-compatible air gun at the rated air pressure.

  • This product cannot be mixed with thinner, water, paint, etc.

  • Do not use on any type of hinge, spring, moving parts such as drive shafts, the areas around the brakes, or on exhausts or silencers that tend to become extremely hot.

  • Not suitable for overcoats (paint).

  • Be sure to wear a protective mask, and use in a well ventilated space.

InstructionsFeatures:
Has excellent corrosion protection and stays in place once applied. Maintains its elasticity and wear-resistance after drying. Boasts heat resistance up to 200°C and forms a protective membrane after drying with excellent shock/impact and rust resistance.
As it is not coloured, it allows part numbers, brake lines and other detailed markings on parts to be easily checked. Does not damage rubber or plastic.

How to use:
  • Completely remove all dirt, old paint, oil, and moisture from the surface which is to be worked on, and make sure it is dry. Remove as much rust as possible with a wire brush or similar other tool. Pre-treat with Rust Converter (Art No. 0893 110).

  • Use masking to prevent the product from adhering to areas not intended for application.

  • Shake the can well.

  • A: If using 1,000 ml (for use over a wide area): attach the dedicated spray gun and do a trial spray (gun air pressure 2 to 4 bars). Keep approximately 30 cm away from the surface to be treated and spray evenly.

  • B: If using aerosol can: simply spray on directly.
