ASSY®plus A2 patio screw Vintage

For precise fastening of patio boards. Drill tip allows many types of wood to be processed without pre-drilling. The patio screws are made of A2 stainless steel and are colour-matched to the wood look. They are ideally suited for patio and façade construction outdoors.

Precise positioning and no rupturing

Precise positioning of the screw is no problem at all thanks to the centring drilling tip, which was specially designed for this purpose. The drilling cutting edges guarantee perfect drilling performance, just like a Forstner bit. They also prevent troublesome splitting or rupturing of the wood.

Easy and clean countersinking

The small countersinking head can be countersunk very easily and cleanly thanks to its small diameter. Under-head milling pockets pick up protruding chips. However, with tropical hardwood, countersinking of the surface is recommended, as these types of wood have very short chips.

Extremely strong

The grooved shaft provides for additional screw strength as austenitic stainless steel (A2/A4) cannot be hardened. This virtually eliminates the possibility of the screw tearing off.

AW drive for optimum guidance and transmission of force

Thanks to the AW drive, a tight fit of the bit in the screw drive is guaranteed. This prevents wobbling impacts and sliding of the bit from the screw while screwing in.
